What Types of Improvements are available
Our office is focused building a safe and walkable neighborhood for everyone — whether you travel by foot, bike, car, or scooter. When a dangerous intersection is identified, the Department of Transportation may order a traffic study and evaluate what options are appropriate from raised crosswalks, curb extensions, new stop signs, speed feedback signs, or something else. Please note that traffic studies take a number of months for CDOT to complete.
