Christmas Tree Recycling
The City of Chicago works with the Chicago Park District to identify recycling locations for Christmas trees each year. The past few years the 47th Ward has had a recycling location at Clark Park. The program runs for two weeks in early January where you can drop trees off at no charge. At a few drop off locations, you can even receive mulch back for your garden.
